A vintage printed reproduction of Willem de Kooning's Litho #2 (Waves #2), created in 1960.

The original work was created during de Kooning's experiments with lithography at the University of California, Berkeley, in 1960. It was one of his first lithographs & was produced in an exceptionally small edition of nine impressions. The Cleveland Museum of Art describes the work as highly experimental, emphasizing the rapid brushwork, drips & sweeping marks that give the composition its sense of continuous motion.
